Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Clinical Operations Platform to own the roadmap and strategy for healthcare workflows. You'll work closely with engineering and clinical operations, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and operational realities.
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in technical roles within healthcare or related fields — you've successfully led product roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Your hands-on approach allows you to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand the technical aspects of product development. You possess a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards, which enables you to navigate the complexities of clinical operations effectively.
Your experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is extensive — you've utilized this platform to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient lifecycle management. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, user experience, and clinical operations, to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving — you can identify operational friction points and propose innovative solutions that enhance the quality of care. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success against defined metrics. You are passionate about proactive healthcare and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.
Experience in leading product initiatives that involve AI or advanced technologies in healthcare is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management will help you excel in this role. You are open to occasional travel to the Toronto office, which demonstrates your commitment to team collaboration and engagement.
As the Senior Product Manager for the Clinical Operations Platform at Prenuvo, you will own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to transform healthcare. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and deliver a platform that supports scheduling, clinical task management, and patient workflows. Your role will involve gathering requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into actionable product features that enhance operational efficiency.
You will lead user research initiatives to understand the needs of both patients and clinical staff, ensuring that the products you develop are user-centric and effective. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in defining success metrics and measuring the impact of product changes. You will also coordinate with integration partners to ensure seamless interoperability with existing healthcare systems.
Collaboration is key in this role — you will partner with clinical operations to understand the operational realities of delivering services at scale. Your insights will help shape the product's direction and ensure it meets the needs of users in real-world settings. You will facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
At Prenuvo, you will be part of a mission-driven team that is reshaping healthcare through innovative technology. We offer a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and high-performing teams that are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
