What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with a talented team at PandaDoc to enhance the capabilities of our contract lifecycle management platform. You will be responsible for writing clean and efficient Python code that contributes to the overall functionality of our product. Your work will involve developing new features, optimizing existing ones, and ensuring that our platform remains stable and performant.

You will engage in discussions with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work together to create solutions that positively impact our customers.

As part of the engineering team, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles. Your contributions will play a significant role in shaping the future of our product and the experiences of our users.
