Pattern is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance team with cash reporting, forecasting, and FP&A activities. You'll utilize your analytical skills to drive data-driven business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in financial analysis.
You are a data enthusiast with a knack for financial analysis — your attention to detail and analytical mindset enable you to support the Finance team effectively. You have a foundational understanding of cash reporting and forecasting, and you are eager to learn and grow in the field of finance. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams, particularly in Sales and Marketing, allows you to contribute to informed business decisions that drive growth. Experience with financial modeling or analysis tools is a plus, as is familiarity with ecommerce metrics and performance indicators. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a basic understanding of SQL, which you can leverage to extract insights from data.
In this role, you will assist the Finance team in cash reporting and forecasting, ensuring that the organization has a clear understanding of its financial position. You will support the processing of sales commissions, providing accurate calculations that reflect the performance of the Sales team. Your contributions to FP&A activities will help shape the financial strategy of the Sales and Marketing organization, enabling informed decision-making that aligns with the company's growth initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, gathering data and insights that will inform financial reports and presentations. Your role will also involve analyzing financial performance and identifying trends that can drive improvements across the organization.
