Esri is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts across multiple sales teams. You'll partner with senior leadership to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong track record in executive-level recruitment.
You have a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates — your expertise in sourcing talent spans multiple geographical markets simultaneously. You are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights and critical thinking, demonstrating a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. Your customer-focused approach allows you to adapt to the evolving needs of business development teams, ensuring that recruitment efforts align with organizational goals.
With over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, you excel in building solid relationships with sales leadership teams — you serve as a trusted talent partner throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You are comfortable managing candidates in process and are committed to delivering quality and timely results. Your ability to create and execute unique sourcing strategies sets you apart in the recruitment landscape.
Experience in a technology or software sales environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts for Esri's Global Business Development Division. You will partner closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a strategic plan to meet those goals. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the sales organization.
You will consistently generate a healthy pipeline of candidates by driving initiatives such as branding, sourcing, and referrals. Building strong relationships with sales leadership teams will be crucial, as you will serve as a talent partner before, during, and after the recruiting process. You will manage candidates throughout their journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and receive timely feedback.
