Aircall is seeking a Managing Director for their North/UKI region to drive Go-To-Market performance. You'll lead pipeline generation, sales, and account management in a high-growth environment. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.

You have a proven track record of leadership in high-growth environments, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving Go-To-Market strategies. Your strategic clarity combined with operational rigor allows you to navigate complex business landscapes effectively. You understand the importance of customer obsession and continuous learning, and you are committed to making informed decisions with speed and precision. Desirable

Experience in the technology or communications sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a strong understanding of sales and account management processes. A background in customer communications or SaaS would enhance your ability to lead effectively in this role.

What you'll do

As the Managing Director for North/UKI at Aircall, you will own and drive the end-to-end Go-To-Market performance for one of our most strategic countries. This includes accountability for pipeline generation, sales, and account management.
