RevenueCat • Americas
RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $10B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We’re a remote‑first crew of 100+, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.
RevenueCat helps apps monetize across iOS, Android, web and beyond. Today 70k+ apps rely on RevenueCat to power their subscriptions and in-app purchases.
A major driver of growth is our Agency and Reseller partners:
Agency partners recommend RevenueCat to their clients and generate referrals and pipeline for our Sales team
Reseller Partners own the customer relationship in specific markets and drive revenue directly by selling RevenueCat locally
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager, Agencies & Resellers to own and scale this commercial partnerships motion. You’ll run and evolve our Agency Partner Program while managing and growing relationships with a small number of regional Reseller partners with clear accountability for partner-sourced referrals, revenue, and growth.
This is a hands-on, ownership role and squarely focused on our agency and reseller partnerships.
Experienced in agency partnerships - You have 3-5 years of experience building, running or scaling partnerships with agencies and/or resellers. You’ve worked on programs that drive referrals, pipeline and/or partner revenue and can clearly demonstrate their impact.
Comfortable owning a program end-to-end - You’ve owned partner initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, enablement, incentives, engagement and measurement. You know how to turn ad-hoc efforts into something repeatable.
Commercially oriented - You’re motivated by outcomes. You care about metrics like referrals, pipeline, sourced revenue, customer growth, and expansion. You’re comfortable working closely with Sales teams (both internally and externally) to make partnerships effective.
Strong communicator with non-technical partners - You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re comfortable understanding a technical product and using that knowledge to enable and educate a range of partners
Independent and execution-focused - You don’t need step-by-step instructions. Given a goal, you’ll figure out the path, execute quickly, and iterate based on what works.
Have experience in the mobile app ecosystem and working with agencies of different sizes
Have worked in an early-stage tech company
Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom. Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce is also a plus.
Have a quirky side (optional, but welcome) - From cat-themed swag drops to last-minute side quests for our developer community, we love keeping things fun. If you’ve got a creative itch or an idea for our next offbeat initiative or event, bring it - we’re here for it
Owning and scaling the Agency Partner Program: Run RevenueCat’s Agency Partner Program end-to-end, evolving it into a structured, high-impact referral and co-selling channel. Define how we recruit, onboard, certify, incentivize, and engage agency partners. Ensure partners are equipped to confidently recommend RevenueCat to their clients and bring our Sales team into deals.
Managing and growing Reseller Partners: Own the relationships with a small number of regional partners who resell RevenueCat and own the customer relationship in specific markets across Europe and Asia. Focus on enablement, education, and operational support, ensuring resellers are well-positioned in-market and supported with GTM activity and events. Maintain visibility into reseller pipelines and key regional opportunities.
Driving partner-sourced revenue and growth: Be accountable for key metrics across both channels, including agency referrals, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, as well as reseller pipeline, customers and revenue. Work closely with Sales and the wider GTM team to ensure clear processes for referrals, deal ownership and co-selling. Identify top-performing partners, double down where there’s traction, and address underperformance.
Building the foundations for scale: Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing and reporting on partners. Bring clarity to how partner success is measured and communicated internally. You’ll help bring structure as we scale without slowing us down.
