You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. You understand the nuances of seller relationships and are adept at providing consultancy to drive business growth. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor performance metrics effectively, and you are passionate about enhancing seller experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with sellers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the e-commerce sector or familiarity with Amazon's marketplace services would be a significant advantage. A background in consulting or business strategy can also enhance your candidacy, as you will be expected to generate strategic solutions for sellers.
In this role, you will manage relationships with Korea-based sellers, providing them with tailored account management services. You will monitor their business performance and identify opportunities for growth within the Amazon Global marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include delivering first-class service to ensure seller satisfaction and working closely with the product team to relay seller insights that can improve Amazon's features and policies.
