Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to support customer value realization and expansion. You'll collaborate with clients to address their business challenges and drive data-driven transformation. This role requires strong analytical skills and consulting expertise.
You have a proven track record in consulting and possess strong analytical skills — your experience allows you to blend deep process and industry expertise to effectively support customers in their value journey. You excel at building relationships and winning trust through your technical and product knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams enables you to share valuable customer insights that influence product innovation. You are passionate about driving data-driven business transformation and understand the importance of aligning solutions with customer objectives.
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You have a knack for creating reusable collateral and best practices that can be shared across teams, enhancing the overall customer experience. Your ability to work with diverse teams across regions, including APAC, showcases your adaptability and commitment to customer success.
In this role, you will support the Global Competency Centers (GCC) across the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer value lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with GCC customers in India to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help them achieve their business objectives. Your role will involve providing support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and cultivate foundational accounts. You will build strong relationships with customers, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and feedback, influencing product innovation and enhancements.
