You have experience in recruiting, ideally within operations or customer support functions, and understand the importance of finding the right talent to build high-performing teams. You are strategic in your approach, working closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to creating a welcoming candidate experience from the first point of contact. Experience in recruiting for technology or finance sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You have a strong network and are adept at leveraging various sourcing channels to find the best candidates. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and improve recruitment processes.
