You have experience in recruiting, ideally within operations or customer support functions, and understand the importance of finding the right talent to build high-performing teams. You are strategic in your approach, working closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to creating a welcoming candidate experience from the first point of contact. You believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and are passionate about shaping the culture at Brex by attracting exceptional talent.
Experience in recruiting for technology or finance sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You have a strong network and are adept at leveraging various sourcing channels to find the best candidates. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and improve recruitment processes.
