Camunda is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to help customers successfully adopt their automation solutions. You'll work closely with engineers and architects to lead implementations and unblock teams. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have a strong background in consulting and a passion for solving complex problems with empathy and curiosity. Your experience includes working closely with engineering teams and understanding the intricacies of technical implementations. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable with occasional travel to meet clients and collaborate with teams. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coach engineers and architects effectively. You are driven by a builder's mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your clients.
Experience in enterprise automation or orchestration technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI agents and their applications in business processes will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your consulting capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the adoption of Camunda's automation solutions post-sales. You will lead implementations, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the technology to achieve their business goals.
