Overview

YipitData is seeking an Account Development Manager to support their growing Hedge Fund client base. You'll manage commercial relationships and drive value for clients. This role is remote-friendly and requires expertise in client management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the financial services or data analytics sectors. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving value for the company. You are adept at balancing competing priorities and can manage a diverse set of clients effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing segment of the business.

Desirable

Experience working with hedge funds or investment firms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and insights. You are comfortable using technology to enhance client interactions and improve service delivery. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in the financial markets will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Development Manager at YipitData, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Hedge Fund clients. You will become an expert in our products and services, ensuring that clients receive the maximum value from their engagement with us. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our product development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

You will also participate in strategic discussions about client engagement and retention strategies, helping to shape the direction of our account management efforts. Your ability to analyze client data and feedback will be essential in identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align our messaging and outreach efforts with client needs, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement.
