Who you are

You have extensive experience in software architecture, ideally with over 5 years in a similar role, where you've defined and led end-to-end software architecture for complex digital systems. You understand how to balance technical depth with business outcomes, translating business and product requirements into scalable software architecture solutions. Your ability to act as a technical reference for assigned products or accounts is complemented by your collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You are well-versed in architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical software platforms and innovation initiatives. You govern technical quality across delivery squads, ensuring adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards. Your mentoring skills shine as you guide engineers and technical leads, promoting best practices in architectural and delivery frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, or SAFe.

Your familiarity with platform thinking, design systems, and digital operating models enhances your ability to contribute to technical communities, guilds, or internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. You may also have experience in public speaking or thought leadership in engineering or software architecture forums, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field.

Desirable

Acting as a technical reference for assigned products or accounts, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in project execution.

Your responsibilities will include leading architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical software platforms and innovation initiatives.
