Coupang is hiring a Data Analyst to oversee delivery service quality and data management. You'll utilize SQL and Python to analyze data and drive actionable insights. This role requires 3+ years of experience in IT or operations management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in IT, platform, or operations management, ideally in a planning or project management role. Your data skills are strong, particularly with SQL, allowing you to extract and manipulate data effectively. You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, enabling you to derive insights from complex datasets. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of formulating hypotheses and logically addressing ambiguous situations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to persuade and collaborate with various departments based on data-driven insights. You take ownership of your projects, ensuring that you see them through from planning to results verification.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing the current state of delivery service quality using data. You will extract and process necessary data to understand why quality issues arise in specific areas or processes. Your analysis will go beyond simple reporting; you will identify actionable items that can lead to immediate improvements. You will collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to implement these improvements swiftly. Your role will also involve managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts using data as a basis for discussion. After implementing changes, you will track and observe whether the metrics have improved, continuously seeking additional areas for enhancement.
