You have a strong background in account management or technical support, ideally within the B2B sector — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can leverage your communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.

You are data-driven and understand how to utilize analytics to inform decisions and strategies — you can interpret data to derive insights that will help your partners succeed. You are passionate about technology and its application in the travel industry — you stay updated on industry trends and innovations, which allows you to provide valuable insights to your partners. What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Agoda, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our B2B partners — you will work closely with them to understand their business needs and tailor solutions that drive value. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that our partners receive the best possible service and support.

You will analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights that help them optimize their use of Agoda's products and services — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in this role.
