PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Analyst for Revenue Strategy & Insights to support data-informed decision-making and optimize go-to-market strategies. You'll analyze key revenue metrics and build robust reporting dashboards. This position requires expertise in SQL and data analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or analytics, with a strong focus on data-informed decision-making. Your expertise in revenue performance metrics enables you to analyze and present key trends effectively, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, allowing you to build compelling dashboards that communicate complex data clearly. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to enhance go-to-market efficiency. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying gaps in processes, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. Your analytical mindset allows you to build scenario models for ambiguous projects, ensuring that you can support critical decision-making with clarity and precision.
Experience with revenue strategy and insights in a SaaS environment is a plus. Familiarity with compensation and capacity planning processes will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a strong understanding of key revenue metrics such as ARR, NDR, churn, and CAC. Your ability to standardize reporting and analyses ensures consistency across revenue teams, making you a valuable asset to the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions. You will analyze key revenue metrics and streamline reporting cadences, ensuring that leadership has the information needed to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include building and improving robust revenue reporting and dashboards for PandaDoc’s Account Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams. You will partner with the Finance team to manage and improve the planning process, providing insights that enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, you will identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance scalability. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping and executing PandaDoc’s revenue strategy, enabling the company to achieve its growth objectives.
PandaDoc offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000, which includes base and bonus components. You will have the opportunity to work remotely within the United States, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
