As a Client Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Beyond Digital Team. You will manage multiple small to medium-sized client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external clients. Your responsibilities will include providing direct support across product development and delivery, managing operational workflows, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. You will collaborate with Senior Delivery Managers and Leads to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will identify, report, and troubleshoot product bugs, providing clear and accurate solutions to clients. You will also be responsible for writing detailed feature briefs for product development and performing quality assurance on product tickets to ensure quality control. Your role will require you to escalate high-priority issues and suggest practical solutions to clients, taking ownership of tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
