Gympass is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to manage key accounts in Brazil. You'll oversee strategic initiatives and enhance relationships with top-tier partners. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong organizational skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in managing key accounts and strategic partnerships. Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with managing accounts in diverse regions. You are adept at navigating organizational processes and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within your accounts.
In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of key accounts in Brazil, focusing on Northern and Central-Western territories. You will act as the principal Key Account Manager, ensuring that our strategic initiatives align with the needs of our partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring that our partners receive exceptional service and support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive initiatives that enhance partner satisfaction and engagement. Your role will also involve analyzing account performance and identifying areas for growth, ensuring that we meet and exceed our partners' expectations.
