Senior Backend Engineer

You possess deep knowledge of REST APIs and have experience in designing and implementing services that handle CRUD operations and audio streaming. Your background includes working with SaaS architectures, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Hiya, you will be a key contributor to the Audio Intelligence team, focusing on developing innovative audio and speech solutions. You will design and implement REST APIs that serve as the backbone of our products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. Your work will involve creating new services and flows that integrate seamlessly with our existing architecture, enhancing the user experience for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will include conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of our systems. You will also be involved in the deployment and monitoring of services, responding to incidents and making improvements based on user feedback.
