What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Flexport, you will take ownership of two critical mandates: Catalog Automation and Billing Automation. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with over five engineering teams to drive the strategy for automating Flexport's service catalog. This involves dynamically creating catalog offerings based on procurement costs and other supply systems, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and efficient.

You will also expand the scope of Flexport's billing processing technology, working closely with billing teams to develop dedicated user experiences that are bolstered by AI tools. Your role will require you to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage timelines, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

In this high-leverage position, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. You will conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to leadership, and address any roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Your ability to analyze data and metrics will be crucial in measuring the success of the automation initiatives. You will leverage insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
