Operational Excellence Engineer (w/m/d/x)

You have a degree in a relevant field and experience in improvement projects — you've successfully led initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable results. Your analytical skills are strong, and you are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, and SQL. You excel in prioritization and possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to tackle complex problems effectively. As a team player, you thrive in cross-functional environments and can build strong relationships with stakeholders, including management. You are passionate about continuous improvement and have a track record of implementing best practices in operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support Yellow and Green-Belt projects within the production environment, focusing on improving key operational metrics (KPIs). You will take responsibility for change initiatives, from the introduction of new processes and technologies to their successful integration across the organization. Your project management skills will be essential as you plan, execute, and monitor projects in the realm of operational excellence, ensuring that outcomes are documented and communicated effectively to management. You will also share your expertise through training and coaching, equipping team members with the methods and tools necessary for process optimization. By setting clear standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will drive the adoption of best practices and standard work principles throughout the organization.
