TripActions is seeking a Manager of Commercial Account Management to lead a high-performing team in London. You'll oversee post-sales activities and drive customer satisfaction while collaborating with various departments. Experience with C-level executives and knowledge in travel or fintech is a plus.
You have a proven track record in account management, with experience leading teams and driving customer success. Your ability to build and manage high-performing teams is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, and you are adept at identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Your leadership style emphasizes accountability and continuous training, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. You have experience working with C-level client executives, which has honed your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster strong relationships. Your high energy and proactive approach enable you to take the initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge or experience within the travel or fintech sectors is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. You are a go-getter with fresh ideas, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Your ability to forecast new business opportunities and manage go-live dates for launches will be crucial in this role.
As the Manager of Commercial Account Management, you will lead a team of six account managers based in London, overseeing all post-sales activities for commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include implementing and onboarding new customers, driving adoption of Navan's travel and expense products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will create strong channels of communication and collaboration with other departments, particularly with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams.
You will be responsible for developing and coaching your team to understand customers' needs and goals, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value that customers derive from Navan. Your success will be measured on key metrics such as customer launches, post-launch adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will work closely with the Director of Commercial Account Management EMEA to align strategies and drive results.
