KnowBe4 is hiring a Senior Account Executive to develop and manage Global Accounts, maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and developing strategic accounts. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of working with large organizations and can navigate complex sales processes with ease. You are results-driven and thrive on exceeding sales quotas while building strong relationships with clients. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate the value of cybersecurity solutions effectively. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are self-motivated to achieve your goals.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You have a knack for identifying cross-selling opportunities and can leverage your existing network to drive new business. A background in technology sales will help you understand the products and services you are promoting.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Global Accounts, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities within these accounts. You will promote and sell KnowBe4’s products and services, aiming to achieve and exceed your monthly sales quota. This involves targeting your book of business, identifying cross-sale opportunities, and increasing subscription levels as accounts grow. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are providing the best possible solutions. Regularly reporting on sales activities and account status will be part of your responsibilities, as will participating in strategy sessions to refine your approach and improve outcomes.
