You have a strong background in negotiating contracts, ideally within the healthcare or mental health sectors. Your analytical skills allow you to assess complex contractual terms and translate them into operationally viable solutions. You are relationship-driven and motivated by improving access and outcomes in mental health care. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to ensure that contracts are operationally sound and enhance the client experience.

Desirable

Experience in mental health or healthcare contracting is a plus. Familiarity with digital health tools and their integration into care delivery can set you apart. You are comfortable working with data and using it to inform your strategies and decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end contracting process for payor agreements. This includes negotiating new contracts and renegotiating existing ones to align with SonderMind's growth objectives. You will work closely with the Director of Payor Contracting to develop strategies that support the company's mission of providing accessible mental health care. Your role will involve analyzing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to implement contracts effectively. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with payors to foster long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
