Seccl is seeking a Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process for large enterprise deals. You'll collaborate with various teams to create high-quality proposals that align with regulatory standards. This role requires strong commercial creativity and strategic thinking.
You have a proven track record in managing bids and proposals, ideally within a highly regulated environment. Your experience includes overseeing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring compliance with industry standards while delivering persuasive and high-quality proposals. You possess strong commercial creativity, allowing you to effectively position your company against competitors and tailor operating models to meet client needs. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales, product, technical, legal, and compliance teams to secure new business opportunities. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is essential for success in this role.
Experience in the investment or financial services sector is a plus, as is familiarity with RFI/RFP processes. You are comfortable using various tools and platforms to streamline the bid management process and enhance proposal quality. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial, as it complements your bid management skills.
