Job Description

We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Sr. Marketing Manager to lead customer growth for Amazon Music amongst Prime members across Latin America.

This role will own the strategy to drive growth across the full lifecycle of our Subscription tiers, Amazon Music Prime and Amazon Music Unlimited, with primary focus on growing adoption amongst Prime members. You will play an important role in conceiving, building and launching new initiatives, working across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partner teams to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.

This role is primarily responsible for accelerating Amazon Music customer growth by building a best-in-class lifecycle experience. You will work across the full customer journey, including acquisition, engagement, upsell, retention and churn. You will develop experiments to improve key metrics and you will dive deep in our customer data to unveil new growth opportunities in the region.

A successful candidate for this role will be a data-driven, creative problem-solver, and a self-starter with great business acumen. You will have strong analytical and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have experience with online subscription models. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and oversee the execution across channels to drive Paid customer growth for Amazon Music in Latin America.
- Design, build and launch growth and lifecycle marketing experiments that will drive incremental customer growth in LATAM.
- Conduct deep dive analysis working with BI and Finance to measure program performance, analyze customer and business data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with global teams to inform and influence growth strategy on a global level.
- Write up proposals, testing roadmaps and campaign reviews with a monthly overall review of progress against targets.
- Publish reporting on program status and post-launch metrics, ensure stakeholders are well informed about the roadmap and performance, and how they fit into a scalable plan.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
