You have 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management, demonstrating a strong ability to retain and grow clients through a focus on their success. Your background includes at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with direct revenue responsibility, showcasing your proven track record of hitting sales targets. You are a native Hebrew speaker, which enhances your ability to connect with a diverse customer base. Your outstanding verbal and written communication skills allow you to present effectively to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally.
You possess a passion for technology that delivers business outcomes, understanding how to leverage the MongoDB ecosystem to drive expansion and retention of a customer portfolio. You are adept at executing on activity and pipeline expectations, adhering to published standards of excellence. Your ability to educate and enable clients is complemented by your skills in upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that you maximize the potential of your strategic, enterprise accounts.
Experience in a technology-focused environment is a plus, as it aligns with your understanding of how technology can impact business outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your customer base, focusing on driving long-term partnerships with MongoDB’s mature customers. You will be responsible for the success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and everything in between for a book of strategic, enterprise accounts. Your efforts will contribute to creating expansion and evangelism within the customer base, helping to scale the Relationship Account Management team as it continues to grow.
You will leverage your expertise to ensure that clients are not only satisfied but also see the value in expanding their relationship with MongoDB. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also track and report on customer success metrics, ensuring that you meet and exceed expectations.
