What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment function at Splend, focusing on developing and executing a talent strategy that meets the needs of the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that Splend attracts the best talent in the industry.
