Acquia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product & Technology Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Development. You'll manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
You have a proven history of handling complex situations and multiple responsibilities, adeptly mixing long-term projects with the immediate needs of several executives. Your ability to collaborate and achieve actionable results through others is a key strength, and you excel at building strong and sustainable relationships across all levels of the organization. You are comfortable interacting with the Board of Directors and key customers, showcasing your professionalism and communication skills.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product & Technology Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of all areas of executive support. This includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring that all executive demands are met efficiently. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as needed. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring that executives are well-prepared for their engagements.
