What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Presales team, working closely with a diverse group of experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique identity needs of our customers. You will engage with clients at various stages of their development lifecycle, utilizing your technical knowledge to provide insights and guidance on the implementation of Okta's Identity Platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, creating compelling presentations, and collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement.

You will be tasked with understanding complex challenges faced by organizations and delivering solutions that empower them to enhance their security posture and streamline their identity management processes. Your ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to customer feedback will be crucial in tailoring solutions that align with their specific requirements.

In addition to direct customer engagement, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that support the broader presales organization.
