You are comfortable handling various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, and you are willing to learn new skills, such as maintaining hot tubs. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, which allows you to travel between properties as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Your daily tasks will include thorough cleaning procedures that ensure every surface sparkles, from sweeping and vacuuming to mopping and dusting. You will also handle laundry and restock amenities to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. As part of your responsibilities, you will identify any maintenance needs or damages and report them to the appropriate team members. Your attention to detail will directly impact guests' vacation experiences, as you create pristine and comfortable homes for them to enjoy. You will work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with others to uphold the high standards of cleanliness that Vacasa is known for.
