Rula is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making in their Partnership Product area. You'll collaborate with various teams to generate insights and recommendations using advanced analytical techniques. This role requires strong skills in SQL and data analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable using data visualization tools to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. You possess a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and can design experiments that drive product improvements. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Operations, to align on strategic goals. You are passionate about mental health and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in this field.
Experience in the mental health or healthcare sector is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of the industry. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as predictive modeling or machine learning, would be beneficial but not required. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.
In this role, you will take ownership of generating insights that shape the product roadmap for Rula’s Partnership Product area. You will partner with senior leaders to identify key questions and develop research plans that drive data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include performing proactive data exploration to uncover actionable insights and communicating results in a compelling manner to influence product strategy. You will model the impact of new features and determine success criteria, ensuring that the product aligns with user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and collaborate on product initiatives.
