Moonpig is seeking a Growth Manager for a 12-month FTC to accelerate growth in their B2B offering. You'll focus on demand generation and brand marketing strategies. This role requires hands-on experience in growth marketing.
You have a strong background in growth marketing, ideally with experience in B2B environments — you understand how to build and scale growth engines that drive demand and engagement. You thrive in fast-paced settings where ownership and problem-solving are key to success. Your expertise in brand marketing allows you to shape how products are presented in the market, ensuring they resonate with target audiences. In this role, you will take ownership of Moonpig for Business's growth strategy, focusing on both product-led and sales-led motions. Collaborating with the Commercial & Growth Lead, you will shape the brand's presence in the market through innovative content and PR strategies. You will analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your initiatives and iterate on strategies based on data insights. Your role will involve conducting experiments to test new ideas and channels, ensuring that your approach is always evolving to meet market demands. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
