Overview

Frontify is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the successful adoption of their brand platform. You'll work closely with diverse brands to build strategic relationships and ensure they derive maximum value from the platform.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs — your communication skills allow you to convey complex ideas simply and effectively. You are proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, where you can share insights and strategies to enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about helping brands succeed and are motivated by the impact your work has on their success.

Desirable

Experience in the marketing or design industry is a plus, as it will help you relate to our customers' challenges and goals. Familiarity with digital asset management or brand management tools will give you an edge in understanding our platform's value proposition.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer happiness by advising and guiding a variety of brands on how to effectively use Frontify’s platform. You will work closely with customers to ensure they successfully launch and adopt the platform, providing ongoing support and strategic insights to maximize their business value. Building trustful relationships will be key — you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate challenges and leverage the platform's features to meet their goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our users.
