Edmentum is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to enhance client renewal and growth rates through effective implementation strategies. This role requires strong communication skills and strategic thinking to support customer goals.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the education technology sector. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic implementation plans that align with client goals and drive successful outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from educators to district administrators. You are detail-oriented and adept at managing complex projects, ensuring that implementations stay on track and meet expectations. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate data and share progress with key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. You are passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed through innovative learning solutions.
Experience in change management and a strong understanding of educational technology trends will set you apart. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a background in training or supporting educators in technology adoption. As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will design and implement client-facing strategies that maximize the effectiveness of Edmentum's solutions.
