Asana is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Process Manager to enhance partner systems and streamline order processing. You'll work with Salesforce and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. This role requires strong change management skills and experience in process integration.
You have a strong background in revenue operations and business process management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach allows you to effectively manage change and track success metrics. You are familiar with Salesforce and have experience developing business requirements and leading User Acceptance Testing. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes within the business ecosystem.
Experience with CPQ functionality and a solid understanding of partner operations will set you apart. You are adept at refining processes to improve efficiency and velocity, particularly in the context of order processing. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
In this role, you will co-own the Partner Systems roadmap, focusing on enhancing infrastructure scalability. You will be pivotal in refining the “Partner Lead-to-Order” process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective. You will develop Salesforce business requirements that align with the company's strategic goals and lead User Acceptance Testing to validate these requirements. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in integrating processes and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will track success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives and implement CPQ functionality to support channel partner operations. Your role will also involve identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions that enhance overall productivity.
