Teya is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive customer engagement and build relationships within the York & Humber region. This role focuses on identifying potential customers and enhancing business performance for local businesses.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the payments or software service industry. You excel at identifying potential customers through various outreach methods, including cold calls and networking. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. You are passionate about supporting small, local businesses and believe in creating a level playing field for them against larger competitors. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.
Experience in the payments industry or with software services is a plus. Familiarity with local business challenges and the ability to provide tailored solutions will set you apart.
