Flo Health is seeking a Creative Producer to develop strategic creative concepts for video campaigns. You'll analyze performance data and collaborate with teams to drive user acquisition. This role requires strong creative and analytical skills.
You have a strong background in creative production, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in video campaign development. Your strategic judgment is sharp, and you possess a flair for creativity that allows you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. You are comfortable analyzing performance data, such as CTR and engagement metrics, to derive insights that inform your creative direction. Your leadership skills enable you to guide designers, writers, and video editors effectively, ensuring that the final product aligns with strategic goals. You thrive at the intersection of data, psychology, and storytelling, and you are passionate about creating content that not only captures attention but also drives results.
Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities. You may also have a background in user acquisition strategies, which will enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s goals. A portfolio showcasing your previous work in video production and campaign strategy will be beneficial.
