What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning Temporal's international partner ecosystem in the APJ region. You will work closely with local field teams to generate and close new business opportunities through partnerships. Your focus will be on driving partner motions and go-to-market strategies that align with Temporal's mission of simplifying code and improving application reliability. You will engage with partners to understand their needs and how Temporal's offerings can support their goals, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship.

You will also play a key role in scaling the services partner ecosystem, identifying potential partners, and establishing strong relationships that drive growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align partner initiatives with Temporal's overall business strategy. You will monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner engagement and success.
