Roku is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead a team focused on product initiatives for Players and Remotes. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing and supplier management.
You have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise includes supplier management and cost optimization, which are critical for driving operational excellence. You are skilled in managing complex product initiatives from new product introduction (NPI) through to sustaining operations, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. You possess excellent leadership qualities, enabling you to guide and mentor a team of senior program managers. Your ability to communicate effectively across various departments ensures that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational metrics.
In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing operations for Roku's Players and Remotes product lines. You will be responsible for leading a team that integrates program management, quality assurance, and technical operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that all product initiatives are executed flawlessly, from concept through to market launch and ongoing support.
