With your technical expertise and business acumen, you are well-equipped to be the primary delivery lead for strategic customers, orchestrating support across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem to align resources effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and are skilled at leveraging your industry perspectives to guide customers through their cloud journeys. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, you will be the primary delivery lead for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investments in Microsoft products and services.
