Senior Lab Engineer - Device Services Infrastructure

The Device Services (DS) Infrastructure team is seeking a senior operations engineer who thrives in complex operational environments and can drive strategic change across our lab ecosystem. We manage a fleet of thousands of Apple devices used in a centralized, automated test system which is a critical tool used by engineers developing for iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS. This role acts as a force multiplier, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve how devices are managed, tracked, tested, and scaled across multiple lab sites. You will bridge the gap between lab operations, automation systems, and software services teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and reliability. We are looking for an operational problem-solver and strategic leader who understands both the technical and human sides of running high-volume test labs. You must enjoy working on multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment that fosters growth, teamwork and innovation.
