Microsoft is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager for the Asia Azure Data & AI team to drive customer success and accelerate AI transformation. You'll leverage your Azure expertise to lead a community of Managers and Cloud Solution Architects. This role requires significant technical depth in Azure.
You have extensive experience in leading technical teams and driving customer success initiatives — your background includes a minimum of L300 Azure technical depth and hands-on experience in cloud solutions. You understand the intricacies of Azure Data & AI and are adept at aligning technical strategies with business outcomes. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling your team to exceed customer expectations consistently.
You are skilled in managing cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of executing complex projects — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can mentor others, guiding them through the nuances of Azure technologies and customer engagement strategies.
Your analytical mindset allows you to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies — you are comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure success. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses, and you are committed to helping customers realize that potential through Microsoft’s offerings.
Experience with migration strategies and leading migration factories across regions is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft’s portfolio of solutions and products will enhance your ability to drive customer value realization. In this role, you will lead the Asia Azure Data & AI strategy execution, ensuring that revenue and consumption goals are met through effective management of Unified Delivery Contracts.
