Job Description

Zoox is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our VP, Manufacturing Operations & two Directors. This role will work closely with other Executive Assistants and Administrative Business Partners across all the departments at Zoox. This is an ideal position for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong and complex calendaring and prioritization skills, uncompromising attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests simultaneously. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as professionalism in interactions with senior leaders, are critical aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will be a clear and effective communicator, highly proficient with Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides), and quick to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. They should also be comfortable navigating an environment where priorities shift quickly — no two days are the same. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are key to thriving in this role, is a self-starter, and wants to work on a dynamic and mission-driven team.
