With over 6 years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, you are adept at identifying financial risks and opportunities through comprehensive analysis. Your background includes at least 5 years of leading and executing opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize financial processes. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable managing data integrity in financial systems.

You are a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with regional directors and leadership teams to influence decision-making. Your ability to provide analytical support through deep-dive analyses on key business issues sets you apart. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within your team, mentoring financial analysts, and building their analytical capabilities and financial acumen.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive financial controllership for the region, conducting monthly financial reviews to spotlight financial variances against plans and detailing the underlying business drivers. You will partner with the regional director and leadership team to optimize business decisions through financial insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining data integrity in financial systems, creating insightful reports to drive informed business decisions, and developing regular metrics reviews to track performance against targets.

You will also be responsible for driving process improvements and automation initiatives, scaling existing solutions to meet growing business needs, and creating new solutions based on evolving stakeholder requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in improving tools and processes to enhance efficiency across the team. You will mentor financial analysts responsible for countries within the region, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
