Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to support and deploy software solutions within law enforcement agencies. You'll leverage your expertise to manage complex deployments and foster strong customer relationships. This role is based in Spokane, WA.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in deploying software solutions within law enforcement or similar sectors. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs, ensuring they get the most out of the technology provided. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at troubleshooting complex technical problems. In this role, you will act as the main technical liaison for assigned law enforcement agencies, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with Axon's products and services. You will collaborate closely with deployment teams to design, configure, and test software solutions, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each agency. Your responsibilities will include driving software adoption, managing customer expectations, and advocating for the customer within Axon. You will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support, ensuring that agencies can effectively utilize Axon's technology to enhance public safety.
