Cresta is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop state-of-the-art AI systems leveraging Large Language Models and other techniques. You'll focus on designing agentic AI workflows and processing complex data to deliver actionable insights. This role requires expertise in machine learning and AI technologies.
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale. Your expertise includes working with Large Language Models and other advanced AI techniques, allowing you to create innovative solutions that drive business value. You are skilled in data processing and understand how to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, enabling organizations to make informed decisions.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI workflows that empower users. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms. You have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and are committed to building responsible AI systems that prioritize user privacy and data security.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning systems that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. You will work closely with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the solutions you build are both effective and user-friendly. Your work will involve developing models that process complex data and deliver real-time, actionable intelligence to users.
You will lead initiatives to create agentic AI workflows that allow users to interact dynamically with machine learning systems. This includes refining and guiding the discovery process in an iterative manner, ensuring that the AI solutions you develop are continuously improving and adapting to user feedback. You will also be involved in conducting experiments to validate the effectiveness of your models and iterating on them based on performance metrics.
