ThoughtWorks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for the APAC region to drive hiring excellence and lead a high-performing recruiting team. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of the APAC talent market.
You have 8-12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with a significant tenure in an in-house setting. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment specifically for technical positions sets you apart. You have a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, where you have successfully managed and developed a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment. Your strong understanding of the APAC talent market, particularly in Singapore, is essential, and experience recruiting in Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand is a bonus.
In this role, you will drive regional hiring excellence by leading, coaching, and growing a team of recruiters. You will partner with business leaders to define and execute APAC hiring strategies that align with market insights and commercial needs. Ensuring operational excellence will be a key focus, which includes accurate reporting, data hygiene, KPI management, audits, and system compliance. You will guide full-cycle recruiting excellence, which encompasses sourcing, pitching, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Championing inclusive hiring practices and ensuring diverse pipelines across roles will be part of your responsibilities. You will build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and lead account-based hiring processes while supporting global interview standardization implementations and training. Driving continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and hiring delivery will be essential to your success.
