Overview

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive long-term value realization for enterprise customers in the East region. You'll build relationships and ensure customer success in achieving their product goals.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly with enterprise clients, and understand the importance of building strong relationships to drive product adoption and satisfaction. With your experience, you are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with the solutions Amplitude offers, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership, and can tailor your approach based on the audience. You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to enhance your skills and knowledge in the digital analytics space.

You are passionate about customer success and believe in putting the customer at the center of everything you do. You understand that success is not just about meeting targets but about fostering long-term relationships that lead to mutual growth and success. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are skilled at developing strategies to mitigate risks before they impact the customer experience.

Desirable

Experience with analytics platforms or digital product management is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You may have a background in data analysis or product development, which would enhance your ability to understand customer needs and drive product improvements.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amplitude, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the East region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these clients are successful in achieving their product goals through the use of Amplitude's digital analytics platform. You will lead onboarding processes, provide training, and offer ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of their investment.

You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives, developing tailored strategies to help them achieve success. This may involve conducting regular check-ins, analyzing usage data, and providing insights that can help drive product adoption and engagement. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to expand the relationship with existing clients.

In addition to managing customer relationships, you will serve as the voice of the customer within Amplitude, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape the future of the platform. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to advocate for customer needs and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into product development processes.
