You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You are passionate about product management and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience working with cross-platform applications and familiarity with macOS development would be beneficial. A background in collaborating with major tech companies, such as Apple, to enhance product offerings is a plus. You are also open to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies that can improve product delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the Teams Mac Client, leading initiatives that improve craft across Mac, Windows, and Web clients. You will partner with top-notch engineers and designers to create a seamless user experience, ensuring that the Teams application meets the needs of its users. Your leadership will guide the PM and team responsible for Teams Notifications and Globalization, driving the vision and strategy for these critical areas.

You will collaborate closely with teams across the Teams organization and with partners in Office, Windows, and Edge to ensure that product initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market research, and ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-quality products.

You will have the opportunity to share your work with executives and customers, providing insights into product performance and user satisfaction. Your ability to drive strategic initiatives will be key to the success of the Teams Core Client team in Prague.
