You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with total on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing home office work with in-field client meetings, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year and between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year.
